Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand the rest of the document clearly.

Opening a w123 account is straightforward, but it comes with eligibility conditions that every player must meet. These are not formalities – they exist to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times your account remains open.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point w123 requests verification thereafter.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one active w123 account only. Registering additional accounts, whether under the same identity or a different one, constitutes a breach of these terms.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account, including sharing your login credentials.
• Accounts registered using falsified, stolen or otherwise fraudulent identity information will be permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited.
• w123 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify identity, age and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction or closure.
• By registering, you confirm that the funds you deposit are sourced from legitimate personal income and are not proceeds of illegal activity.
• Players currently subject to self-exclusion from w123 or any gambling platform may not register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these terms.

w123 treats player registration data with the highest level of confidentiality. The information collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing and compliance purposes. w123 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees through Pakistan's most widely used payment methods. The following rules govern how money moves in and out of your w123 account.

w123 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing. If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, the full amount is returned to the player's w123 wallet immediately and an explanation is provided via the platform messaging system or email.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, cricket betting, virtual sports wagering and any other event-based betting on the w123 platform. These rules exist to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all bets placed.

• Bets are binding once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled after the confirmation screen has been accepted, except where w123 exercises its right to void bets under these terms.
• w123 sets odds at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and player tier.
• Accumulator bets may combine a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 selections. All selections must be confirmed individually before the accumulator is placed.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay. Bets placed on obviously incorrect in-play odds – for example, odds that have not updated after a wicket has fallen in a cricket match – may be voided by w123 at its discretion.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required period of play for a market to be settled, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets within 2 hours.
• For cricket, a minimum of 5 overs per innings must be completed for match result markets to stand, unless the market rules state otherwise.
• w123 reserves the right to restrict or limit the maximum stake available to any individual player on any market without providing prior notice or explanation.
• Obvious pricing errors – including but not limited to decimal odds below 1.01 or prices clearly inconsistent with market conditions – will be voided regardless of whether bets were placed on them. Winnings arising from evident system errors will not be paid.
• Attempted match fixing, use of automated betting software (bots) or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.

w123 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Pakistani players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and to the general rules set out below which apply universally to all w123 promotions.

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your w123 wallet. Real money is used first on bets; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero within the same betting session.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus balance and any winnings derived from uncompleted bonus wagering will be removed from the account when the offer expires.
• w123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed and commenced wagering on an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have their position assessed case by case.
• Free spins are always credited to a specific game title and are valid for that game only. Winnings from free spins are treated as bonus balance and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to exploiting welcome offers via multiple accounts, arbitraging bonus-funded bets against no-bonus bets, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play – will result in bonus forfeiture, account restriction and possible permanent closure.
• VIP Club rewards operate under a separate points-and-tier system. Details are available on the VIP Club page. VIP rewards are at the discretion of w123 and do not form a contractual entitlement.

All slot machines, jackpot games and casino table games available on w123 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The following rules apply to all casino and slot activity on the platform.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software at the moment each spin, hand or round is initiated. Results cannot be influenced by any party, including w123.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every slot title is published in the w123 games lobby. Theoretical RTP applies over a statistically significant number of rounds – short session results will vary.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded randomly as described in each game's individual rules. The Grand Rupee Jackpot seed value and current accumulated amount are displayed on the lobby meter in real time.
• Any jackpot win resulting from a technical error, system fault or bet placed after a game session has been voided will not be honoured. Confirmed valid jackpot wins will be credited to the player wallet within 24 hours.

• w123 reserves the right to remove game titles from the lobby with reasonable notice to players who have active bonus wagering requirements tied to those titles.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game experiences a mid-round technical failure, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w123 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen and the matter reviewed by the w123 compliance team.

• Opening, operating or benefitting from more than one w123 account.
• Providing false, incomplete or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to fund a w123 wallet or receive withdrawals.
• Using automated scripts, bots, algorithms or mechanical aids to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefitting from match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corrupt influence over sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions through multi-accounting, chip dumping or coordinated wagering patterns.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using w123 as a conduit for illegitimate funds.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed toward w123 staff or other players via any channel.
• Accessing the w123 platform through a VPN or proxy service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.

w123 is committed to player welfare. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or harm. The following responsible gaming provisions are built into the w123 platform and are available to all account holders at no cost.

All content on the w123 platform – including but not limited to the w123 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, betting interfaces, graphics, text, images and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of w123 or its licensed content providers. No element of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, crawled or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of w123. Automated data collection, screen scraping or API access without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the w123 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

w123 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, accurate odds, and fast payment processing. However, the following limitations apply:

• w123 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device malfunctions, or interruptions caused by third-party network or payment providers.
• w123 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of a platform-side technical failure that affects settled bets, w123's maximum liability is limited to the return of the original stake to the player's w123 wallet.
• w123 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or delays at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
• w123 is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

w123 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w123 will notify registered players via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the w123 platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to w123's operational jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a player and w123, the following process applies:

• The player should first raise the matter with the w123 customer support team, providing full details of the dispute and the desired resolution.
• w123 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• If the dispute is not resolved at the support level, it may be escalated to the w123 Compliance Manager, whose decision will be provided within 10 business days.
• w123's dispute resolution decisions are final in matters concerning bet settlement, bonus eligibility and account status, except where there is clear evidence of a factual error.
• Players agree not to pursue claims against w123 through class action or group litigation mechanisms.
